Create a customer status page

In Status pages, create a page, choose its address and add the monitors to display. Use public names customers understand and inspect the preview before sharing.

Content and appearance

The editor separates content, components, look, links, SEO and access, sharing and domain. Order components into groups, show availability bars and charts, choose theme, language and time zone, and add a logo, links and introduction.

Access and branding

You can password-protect the page. Hiding service branding, custom CSS and connecting a domain depend on your plan. Check your plan’s features before promising a white-label page to a customer.

Domain and embeds

Enter a subdomain you own and copy the CNAME and TXT records exactly as shown in the console. Verify them and wait until the domain is active; verified DNS does not yet mean its certificate is ready. Share and embed offers a widget, iframe and badges for pages without a password. RSS and Atom feeds let readers follow updates; email subscriptions are not yet available.
