Configure channels and choose alert recipients

In Alert channels, add a destination and send a test. Email, signed webhook, Slack, Discord, Teams, Telegram, ntfy and Google Chat are delivery options. The bell and browser notifications have their own preferences.

Prepare a destination

Enter the address or details requested by the channel and save. Email destinations outside the team require confirmation with a code. Do not share private webhook URLs: they may contain credentials.

Choose per monitor

In a monitor’s Alerts section, leave Notify through all channels on or switch it off and select destinations. Without any selected, no channel delivery occurs, though the bell retains team activity. A domain applies its choice to its checks. Projects can apply channels to the group.

If an alert does not arrive

Check the latest delivery result, email confirmation and whether the channel is held in this environment. A channel test does not replace checking the monitor’s selection. SMS, voice calls and WhatsApp still record a simulated result and do not contact the recipient.
